The book "Night" by Elie Wiesal, 120 pages is about a boy named Eliezer who is a jew who lives during the holocast. He befriends a pauper named  Moishe the Beadle who warns the town that the Nazi's are deporting and murdering the jews. Does his family listen to Moshe's warnings  and leave or go about their business? Does the family take their servant Marthas offer to hide the family in the village ?  The book ends with the family being deported to Auschwitz and Eliezer experiencing so much tragedy. Eliezer shows strength and will to survive. The book is a reminder to all to never underestimate what man is capable of doing.

The book is about a girl named Nina who lives with her three aunts and goes to the Harlow School for Girls, but falls in love with Jason who goes to Hendrick School for Boys. She gets accused of trying to find shadow children and gets arrested by the population police, and was given a choice.  She was told to make three inmates admit they are shadow children and be let go. If she refused she would get killed. She shows braveness and trickery throughout the story. It is an exciting read!

Then Trey friends Nina and John took off in the car, and left Trey behind. Then he sets out to find his friends and save Mr.Talbot from execution. On his journey he shows bravery and self-reliance. The Book Among the Hidden by Margaret Haddix, 160 pages, is about a boy named Luke who lives on farm, and can do any thing he  pleases until the Barrons(wealthy people) move in. Luke looses his freedom to gooutside from his parents. If he is spotted the population police would put him to death. One day he thinks he sees another third child in a Barrons house. Is it a trick or is it really a third child? .Luke shows patience but becomes more aggravated though out the story. It’s a great start to a series.
